Mpower House is located opposite Mpower’s head office at 84-86 Koroit Street. A public appeal launched in 2014, raised $750,000 towards funding
the redevelopment of the property.
Mpower House has DHHS standard fire safety and security. An open plan living area offers an adaptable setting for a variety of activities catering for individuals or groups. Colours and lighting have been chosen with sensitivity to individuals with heightened sensory or strong visual sensitivities.
The house has two therapy rooms that easily convert to bedrooms for respite activities. An electric high low bed located in the third bedroom has an adjacent fully accessible bathroom. Independent fully self-contained ‘accessible’ Mpower Studio completes the new facility.
