Refund policy

Refunds for fees, events and programs will only be issued if cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to service provision. In the situation of an event or program being cancelled, a refund will be issued.

Payment Security

Mpower on line payments will be transferred to a secure Westpac site for payment. Your credit card details will be protected using 128-bit SSL encryption and will not be stored by Mpower

Privacy

Mpower will respect your privacy and the security of your email address and personal information. We will not keep or disclose any personal information to third parties.

Mpower recognises the importance of your privacy and our Privacy Policy is intended to represent industry practice and to comply with our obligations under the Information Privacy Act 2000.

Data Collection

Web Browsing

During interaction on the web, your browser provides information on your network address, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit, the pages accessed and the previous page accessed. All this information is logged during normal use of the web. Mpower does not use this information. Our web site hosting provider, Quadrahosting, also has access to these logs. The data collected will not be disclosed to a third party except when it is required by law.

Many web sites make use of cookies - small text files containing information that are left on your computer. This web site does not use any cookies.

Personal Information

You may decide to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, through the site's feedback form. Any information provided via this site will only be used to respond to your enquiry and will not be added to any mailing lists, nor disclosed to any other party without the users' knowledge and consent, unless required by law. The results from any form will be e-mailed to Mpower, and are not encrypted. As with any e-mail message, it is possible that someone could intercept your feedback.
