Mpower is a well-established, successful, accredited not-for-profit community based organisation servicing the populations in the south west of Victoria. Mpower has been providing a range of services to individuals and families in the south west for over 40 years. The organisation emerged to meet the needs of families of children with disabilities in the Warrnambool region at a time when only institutional models and city based services were available.

Over time the operation of Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an accredited agency employing in excess of 60 staff and providing a range of support services to over 800 families regionally.

Family Services Practitioner - Part-Time

Mpower is seeking the services of a Integrated Family Services practitioner to work within a network of service providers to ensure best outcomes for families.

Experience and understanding of case work practice and principles is essential.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Community Services (Social Welfare) or associated Tertiary Qualification or 5 years relevant experience in the community sector.
